For this project I followed the Elements of Design and the Principles of Design. For this project I took some time visiting landmarks and neighboring areas around my house for some pictures. I wanted to give my project a real life feel so that is why my slide show has an outdoor theme and contains many different outside venues. I actually had fun with this project, I really enjoyed capturing some shots. I'm not usually the photographer type but this was a pretty fun assignment.

For your picture for proportion, I thought this is a great shot. The sun in the background is almost bursting with light, yet the picture is not blurred or overlightened by it. You can see the light beams coming through the trees and see the path of the sun's light as it goes from back to front in this picture.
ReplyDeleteThe texture picture was nice as well - chocolate chip cookies, often taken for granted, are obviously very texturized. It actually made me hungry. It shows the different levels well and creates emotion from it.
